As a qualified and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist, I have worked as a Counsellor in education settings, private practice and in senior positions within the charity sector. I offer face to face sessions online and in person appointments in the Christchurch area.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental, confidential environment/experience, enabling you to explore your chosen subject.  I believe you have the answers within, but, that sometimes we all need the right space and person to help us find those answers.  Whether that's through exploring the here and now, the past or both.

I have worked extensively with children and young people, their families and adults for 10 years as a counsellor. In addition to private practice I am currently a School Counsellor working with adolescents.

I’m a designer based on the south coast of England with over ten years of freelance experience working directly with my clients and collaborating with design and marketing agencies.

My goal is to connect people with businesses and brands through engaging designs. I enjoy working closely with start-ups and brands scaling up, helping them define a sense of identity that connects with their target audience. Generating solutions through concept-driven design, delivering the final result with functionality at its core.
