With years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery, Diana brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work as both a Therapeutic Counsellor and Yoga Therapist at The Retreat New Forest.

Diana holds accredited qualifications in integrative counselling, trauma-informed yoga therapy, and somatic healing. Her sessions often weave together breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness, and talk therapy, offering a truly integrated path to emotional and physical balance. Blending integrative counselling techniques with the mindful embodied practices of yoga therapy.

She specialises in working with anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions, intuitively tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Creating a deeply nourishing space to reconnect & release emotional blocks, helping people to understand themselves & develop tools for long term wellbeing. Known for her grounded presence and intuitive sensitivity, being deeply connected to the rhythms of nature & community.

Inspired by the healing power of shared space, stillness & authentic connection. Diana helps clients feel seen, heard, and supported whether on the mat, on walk & talk eco therapy sessions, or during group workshops at the Retreat.

When not working with clients, Diana spends her time immersed in nature, continuing her own yoga practice, and exploring the healing rhythms of the New Forest.
