A Two Day Retreat with Cheryl Edwards & Richard Ellis

Exploring The Wood Element. Using the practices of Qigong, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Myofascial Release Techniques and Energy Healing.

Spring is such an important time as we transition from the water to wood element and find new energy wants to move upwards and outwards into expression. Cheryl and I will bring a great mixture of movement and stillness through our practices to give you a real 'spring to your step'.

Spring symbolises birth, renewal and new life. With its expansive quality there is a sense of hope as evenings grow longer and vitality and life force becomes available to us again.

New projects and ideas can be birthed and it is important to have a clear vision of what we wish to manifest. When in balance, the gall bladder gives us the courage and decisiveness to carry out the clear vision of the liver.

Come join us for two days of movement and stillness as we bring the wood element into balance, gain clarity and stimulate vitality promoting renewal and growth.

No previous experience in any of the disciplines is necessary as the day will be designed to accommodate all levels and abilities.
