Yin Yoga and Mindful Meditation

Yin Yoga provides an opportunity to slow down, to go within and to go deep. It is a very grounding, calming, and soothing practice.

Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga where the postures are held for longer, anywhere from 5 minutes to 7 minutes, yin yoga targets and stretches the deep connective tissues, ligaments and joints.

Normally floor based allowing the body to feel supported and the mind to still. We finish with a mindful meditation/yogic sleep.
