A chance to learn traditional and authentic Chen family Tai chi / Taijiquan with beginner lessons to suit all fitness levels.
The flowing and spiraling exercises aim to reduce stress, while developing balance, co-ordination, strength, grace and awareness.
We will be developing our standing postures, basic silk reeling exercises and start to learn the beginners 11-part form, as taught to me by 11th generation lineage holder Grandmaster Kongjie Gou.
