6-week Beginners Yoga Course
17th September - 22nd October
This course is designed for complete beginners or anyone who would like to gain more confidence in their practice and revisit the basics.
You will be taught in a supportive, friendly environment with a small group of fellow beginners. By the end of the course you will have learnt some of the key poses, basic breathing techniques, been introduced to gentle sequences and meditation.
