Counsellor / Sea Psychotherapist

I’m a qualified Counsellor with an Advanced diploma in Integrative counselling, registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I adhere to their ethical framework for good practice. I have a certificate in Mental Health First Aid and I’m a STA approved Open Water swim Coach. My Counselling, open water coaching and life experience are interleaved with 20 years working at board director level. I’ve led and coached teams in international corporate service design, recruitment and training.

I would like to offer you a space to explore any difficulties you are experiencing and enable you to make positive changes to your life. My work is based on building integrative psychotherapy and counselling to support individuals through challenging times, provide refreshed perspective and enable you to reach their full potential. I’m one of the first therapists to offer sea -based interventions to support enhanced mood and help clients to reconnect to self and nature. I offer face to face room based, online or outdoor sessions.

1:1 Sea Walk and Talk

1:1 and group Sea Water Psychotherapy – a combination of talking and cold water therapy
